Hotel Rules and Regulation you should know before staying


Check-in Rules –

Please check-in using your ID card, passport, or temporary residence card. Visitors are required by law to provide personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned to you once you leave hotels.

Pets-

Mention and check your pet policy (whether it is allowed or not) or whether they can make a  separate arrangements.

Damage to Property Act -

Any loss or damage to hotel property caused by the visitor, their guests, or anyone else for whom they are responsible will be held liable.

Management's Rights-

It is understood that the guest will behave in a polite manner and will not cause any bother or inconvenience within the hotel grounds. The Management has the authority to require that any visitor remove his or her room or other areas of the hotel immediately, without prior notice and without assigning any cause, and the guest is obligated to comply.

The Camera Zone-

It is against the law to use images and videos shot in the hotel for business or public reasons. Those who do so will face legal consequences.

Management and Guest-

Nothing herein shall be construed to continue or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises, or any part or portion thereof, in favour of any Guest, resident, or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the hotel premises.

Hazardous Goods-

It is banned to bring goods and/or store raw or exposed cinema pictures, or any other combustible or hazardous article, as well as prohibited commodities and/or goods of unpleasant character. The Guest is completely liable and responsible to the management, other guests, invitees, visitors, agents, and servants for any loss, financial or otherwise, and damage caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any Applicable directions. On hotel property, gambling, contraband, prostitution, guns, explosives, combustible objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and smelly food are all absolutely prohibited.

Belongings Act –

When going out or going to bed, guests are reminded to lock the door to their rooms. Electronic safety lockers are offered in the room for the convenience of the guest to store any valuables. The Management shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the Guest's goods or other property, whether in the hotel room, the locker, or any other portion of the hotel, due to any reason, including theft or pilferage.
